Art can be personal. Art can be global. It can be as individualistic as it is collective, as witnessed with the rise of NFTs where the focus is on the community built around the art.

Artists who spend their entire lives creating art see it as fundamental to their existence as breathing. We’ve seen this in many artists of the past, including legends like Van Gogh who’s art helped him find some moments of sanity in an asylum.
Art is Feeling.
You cannot attempt to rationalize art. When an artist gets down to painting, he/she doesn’t think from the mind, but expresses the emotions of his soul. This is why when you’re observing a painting, you tend to feel the work more than thinking about the technique. And yes, you also end up feeling connected to the work.

Art is everything within us, around us, and beyond us.

When we started the MunchiesNFT journey, we embraced all these definitions of art. This is one reason how we’ve been able to create art pieces that fuses expressions and thoughts of legendary artists into a single frame.
We defied NFT norms with the launch of a project that made it possible for anyone to own a Rothko inspired color field or a Van Gogh inspired starry night presented in a food setup.
